Want to be part of the family?

Join us as a volunteer and experience the festival from the inside.

As a staff, you will receive:

  • A nice t-shirt
  • Access to the volunteer area for rest and refreshment
  • A good meal in 6-hour increments, to be taken in the volunteer area
  • A 20% discount coupon at the Venoge Festival merchandising stand
  • One free ticket for every 8 hours worked on the same day
  • One free ticket for every 12 hours of work during set-up and dismantling

Before you sign up, read this:

New this year – Validation

This is a waiting time that we give ourselves to check your registration. As soon as it is validated you will be part of the adventure! A few days before the beginning of the Festival, you will receive the last information: how to get your t-shirt, your tickets, your access, etc…

 

Minimum commitment

Your commitment will be for a minimum of 6 hours per day, which gives you access to the Festival on the day you work. If you want to work like crazy and do more than 8 hours (thank you very much), you will receive a free ticket for the evening of your choice.

 

New in the parking lot

We did 3-hour time slots. To reach your 6-hour commitment quota, you must choose 2 time slots, they do not have to be consecutive!

 

Bar registration

This year, you must first register in a bar zone (food zone / main stage zone / Riverstage zone). You will receive your assignment at a specific bar 1 month before the Festival starts.

 

Want lots of free tickets?

So come and help us with the assembly which is already starting at the end of July. Your one-time work hours will be accumulated. You will receive one free ticket for every 12 hours you accumulate (max. 4 tickets per volunteer)

 

Want more free tickets?

So come and help us with the dismantling. Your one-time work hours will be accumulated. You will receive one free ticket for every 12 hours you accumulate for Le Venoge 2024 (max. 4 tickets per volunteer)
